I grew up in London and have lived and worked in Northern Ireland since 2004. With a background in the arts and a lifelong curiosity about what lies beneath the surface, I began exploring personal development from a young age. A transformative nine-month journey in India marked a turning point, opening the door to a deeper path of self-discovery.
My love of singing led me to the man I would later marry and across the Irish Sea. Through friends and mentors, Penny Tompkins and James Lawley, I trained as a Clean Language facilitator and went on to study Neurolinguistic Psychotherapy with James.
Working in Belfast, I had the privilege of supporting people who had faced profound trauma, deepening my understanding of resilience and healing. Further training with Karl Dawson added a vital dimension to my work, equipping me with effective ways to help clients explore and resolve deeply held patterns.
Today, my work is grounded in the metaphoric world of Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling with a background in NLP and is enriched by EFT and Matrix Reimprinting. Together, these approaches allow me to gently guide clients as they explore their inner world, uncover insight and find resolution within.
