For more than twenty-five years, Silke Johnson has devoted her professional life to supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents, and their families.
As founder of the Melody Learning Center, she combines her experience as a Behavior Consultant, Pediatric Nurse, Trauma-Sensitive Educator, HEMRY® Coach, and Specialist Therapist in Emotional Regulation and Bodywork to create practical, compassionate, and individualized support for children, families and other individuals.
Her work integrates evidence-based behavioral approaches, EFT, emotional regulation, trauma-informed care, body-oriented therapies, and family-centered practice.
Her greatest passion is helping each child—and every family—discover their strengths while feeling deeply understood, respected, and safe.

She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Behavior Analysis from Queen’s University Belfast and multiple professional certifications in trauma-informed care, anxiety, ADHD, and integrative mental health.
As the founder of Melody Learning Center, Silke specializes in neurodivergence, emotional regulation, stress management, and supporting individuals affected by potentially traumatically processed experiences.
Drawing on her extensive clinical and international experience, she integrates Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), HEMRY® Coaching, behavioral science, and body-oriented approaches to support emotional resilience and nervous system regulation.
