About This Practitioner
Hi, I'm Ioana, an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner based in Australia. My path into this work began with my own body. In 2022 I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, and what followed wasn't just a health crisis, it was an unravelling. I began to see how much I'd been carrying emotionally, and how long my nervous system had been running on overdrive without me realising it. Conventional medicine didn't have the answers I needed, so I looked further. Working with an EFT practitioner who had walked a similar path changed everything. I wasn't just healing; I was discovering what I was here to do.
I believe the body keeps score, but it also holds the way through, and its symptoms are the messengers that show us where to look.
