About This Practitioner
We are all Perfectly Imperfect and are so much more than the hurt, pain, insecurities and traumas that we endure on our life journey.
Using the tools EFT & matrix reimprinting, as well as other supportive energy practices, we each have the opportunity to finally free ourselves from the heavy burdens we have been carrying around with hands clenched. This is our chance to Nurture Ourselves, find our Inner Voice, and Shine from Within as we were always meant to…
On my personal journey, EFT and Matrix work have created profound life affirming shifts in Mind-Body-Emotions-Soul-Spirit. Science tells us that everything is energy – that we are all energy. I believe that we are energetic divine beings having this human experience. Like me, every day, you are given the opportunity to discover new ways to accept ALL the multi facets of You, because it is okay to be Perfectly Imperfect, A Work in Progress…
My journey through life has taken me from my native land of Trinidad & Tobago in the Caribbean, to experience life in the UK, Germany, Shanghai, New York and now back to my chosen homebase in Ye Ole York, England. I am a citizen of the world and what my journeys to many foreign lands has taught me is that we are All More Alike than we are different.
From Physicist, to Teacher, to Scientific Writer, to Motherhood, to Expat Explorer, to Librarian and finally to EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner – this work calls to me, it is my purpose, my opportunity to serve.
EFT found me when I wasn’t even seeking it. I have learnt so much about myself and all the heavy rocks I had piled up in my rucksack on my life journey. Letting Go of my Rocks continues to be Freeing and Uplifting.
I support clients on their cancer journey, seniors to release the hurts that they have carried over many decades, young people to learn stress release tools that will serve them throughout their lifetime.
It would be my privilege to support you on Your Life Journey. I meet you where you are.
