As a Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, Advanced EFT Practitioner, Reiki Master and NLP Business Practitioner, I bring together a range of approaches, always tailoring sessions to the individual and working at a pace that feels right for you.

I particularly support people experiencing anxiety, stress, low confidence or self-worth, negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, difficulties with boundaries, fear of being seen or judged, and emotional patterns that seem difficult to shift.

I love Matrix Reimprinting because it gives us an opportunity to gently explore the experiences and memories that may sit beneath how we feel today. It isn’t about changing what happened, but exploring the emotional imprint it may have left and creating space for new perspectives, understanding and possibilities.

Creating a space where you feel safe, heard and never judged is at the heart of how I work. You don’t need to know exactly where to begin — we can start with what you are experiencing now and explore what unfolds.
