Practitioner Introduction

I first experienced Matrix Reimprinting during a period in my life where I was living with a high level of anxiety and stress. I had done much work on my personal growth but nothing quite catapulted my healing like Matrix Reimprinting. The person I am today is unrecognisable from the person I was then. I live with more faith, peace and joy in my heart than ever. I'm creatively fully expressed in my heart-led painting that I do. And it is my greatest privilege and honor to facilitate this healing with others through being a Matrix Reimprinting practitioner.
As someone who has struggled with ADHD for most of my life and especially at school where I felt like a square peg being hammered into a round hole, being compared to a "supersibling" and generally feeling "less than", I have discovered the gifts that ADHD has given me and I wouldn't change it for the world. Us Neuro divergents are simply wired a slightly different way and we have a lot to offer the world when we find our gift and can step into our full power.

I work by tuning into my intuitive and heart led abilities to help you uncover the patterns in your life and help release to come into your full power. I believe that this process is guided by the client, goes at the pace of the client and goes where the client wants to go. I step in as little as possible to make suggestions and gently steer with the agreement of the client.
